Flashing --Including measure and design and fixing. Flashing Work by the hour and metre are $35.00 per hour for 1 person, $52.50 if two people are required. Metre rates range from Range from $6.00 to $15.00
Wall Cladding--Including flashings, and fixing of sheets - $27.50 per square metre or by negotiation
Leak Analysis & Repair - Basic Call out $55.00, after first hour time in attendance at $40.00 per hour
Gib Stopping - $25.00 per hour, or by negotiation.
Exterior Works - Exterior Cleaning Gentle Water Blasting, Exterior Painting especially Barge Boards, Fascia, Windows and Doors. Weed Spraying, Moss & Mould Treatment - $25.00 per hour, or by negotiation.
Gardening Weed Spraying Moss & Mould Treatment -$25.00 per hour, or by negotiation.
